1891 George Goldfoot, Russian Traveller in England

In Crosscanonby, Maryport, Cumberland, England was the following lodger.

George Goldfoot b: 1863 in Russia, age 28, a traveller who was a lodger. He was single. George seemed to be a popular name for Goldfoots.

George "Gershon"Goldfoot in Cumberland, England 1901 Census

In Cumberland, Whitehaven Parish, (Cumbria) which is South Wales, , St. Nicholas at 13.14 I found the following Goldfoot family.

George (Gershon) Goldfoot b: 1866 Russia B.S. age 35; car frame maker with own account Also, I have that he was a picture frame maker working at home. He moved at some state, to Dublin, Ireland (presumably to join a number of his siblings who were there), did move and was buried there in 1935. He was the son of Abraham Goldfus. I also have that he was in the Cumberland directory, Cockermouth, England.

Rebecca Goldfoot b: 1866 Russia B.S. age 35 was his wife.
Abraham Goldfoot b: 1890 Manchester, England age 11
Abraham Goldfoot age 4, b: 1897 in Manchester, Cumberland County, Whitehaven Parish.
They were living at 1314 Strand Street, Whitehaven Civil Parish, in Whitehaven, St. Nicholas Parish, Cumberland County.
Also, there was Richmond Hyman, brother-in-law, agae 24, born 1877 in Russia.

Another Goldfoot on the 1901 census in England was:
Isaac Goldfoot age 40, born 1861 in Russia, and was a clothier. (Lots of Lithuanian Jews lived in the South Wales valleys in those time). From researcher Abraham Goldberg is the fact that Isaac was born in Telsiai, Lithuania in 1865 and died in Brynmawr in 1902. He was the son of Samson and Sarah Rebecca Goldfus. Samson had a brother Abraham who was Abraham Goldberg's maternal great grandfather's Tesiai contemporary and first cousin, and that's what originally generated his personal Goldfoot interest. So Isaac and George were first cousins.

Annie was Isaac's wife age 30, b: 1871 in Liverpool, Brecknock, Brynmawr.
Samuel Goldfoot was their son age 11, born 1890 in Ireland, Brecknock, Brynmawr.
Arthur was another son age 9, b: 1892 in Brecs brynmawr, Brecknock, Brynmawr.
Irene was their daughter age 7 b: 1894 in Brecks Brynmawr, Brecknock, Brynmawr.
Sylvia was 11 months old born 1900 in Brecs Brynmawr, Brecknock, Brynmawr.
Bessie Ramback was a niece age 20 b: 1881 living with them and listed as a servant, from Lancaster Manchester.

Isaac and Annie Goldfoot Family in Wales 1901

They were living in Brynmawr, St. Mary, Brynmawr, Breconshire, Wales at 475 Edgar Buce "Race"?. Name of street was difficult to read. This was Wales 1901 census.

Isaac Goldfoot b: Russia 1861, age 40, clothier, own business
Annie Goldfoot b: Liverpool 1871, age 30
Samuel Goldfoot b: Ireland 1890, age 11
Arthur Goldfoot b: Brecs Brynmawr, Wales 1892 age 9
Irene Goldfoot b: Brecs Brynmawr, Wales 1894 age 7
Sylvia Golfoot b: Brecs Brynmawr, Wales age 11 months.
Two servants living in house; must have been doing very well.
This shows that the family was in Ireland in 1890.
Isn't Isaac "Itsak" in Hebrew/Yiddish? My grandfather was Chaim Itsak Goldfoot. One of his daughters was "Anne/Hammie". Could this be a connection?
